About

Lucien Arts Management provides remote operational and strategic support for theatres, venues and cultural organisations.

We work with organisations that are artist-led, understaffed, or operating at a scale where hiring full-time management is not practical, but professional systems and oversight are still required.

Our role is to act as a reliable operational layer, supporting day-to-day delivery, audience communications, ticketing systems and funding processes, so creative teams can focus on programming rather than administration.

HOW WE WORK

Support is offered on a monthly retainer basis, tailored to the scale and needs of each organisation.

We work remotely and collaboratively, integrating with existing teams rather than replacing them. To avoid conflicts of interest and ensure consistent delivery, we work with a limited number of clients at any one time.

EXPERIENCE

Lucien Arts Management is informed by direct, hands-on experience within the independent theatre and arts sector.

This includes the ongoing operation of the Etcetera Theatre in Camden since 2023, alongside the creation and delivery of the Women Writers Festival, and recognition as Runner-Up, Pub Theatre of the Year (2023).

Our work is grounded in the practical realities of venue management, festival delivery, audience development and funded cultural programming.
